Drain Backup at the Navy Yard

One of the commercial buildings down at the Navy Yard had a drain back up in one of their bathrooms on the 3rd floor. This water damage affected the 2nd and 1st floors below it from the ceilings, walls, and their furniture in each room, especially this conference room.
