Fire Damage in Philadelphia University
The cause of this loss at a Philadelphia University was a mulch fire right outside of the building. We got the call saying that after the fire was put out, there was a smell of smoke damage within the walls from the vestibule. The firefighters had cut out a section of the walls inside but after our team assessed the damage, we knew the entire wall had to be torn down. We wiped away the soot damage and sealed the walls with a white coating. Containment was set up along with 3 air scrubbers and a vapor shark to eliminate the odor. While taking action on the fire damage, we were also cleaning the carpets as well due to them having partial soot damage . This office can now have a fresh new start.
