Bar & Restaurant Water Leak

A bar and restaurant in South Philadelphia had called for the help of cleaning up a water leak.  The cause of this loss was that a sprinkler had burst overhead their kitchen area.  We started by moving all of the furniture out of the way so that all of the water could be extracted.  Ripping the flooring out was recommended, but the customer wanted to do that at a later date.  The floors were cleaned three times due to the overflow from the fryers in the kitchen making it a greasy clean up.  Before we put the furniture back, we sprayed down an anti-microbial to prevent any mold growth until the customer was ready to remove the flooring and replace it properly.  Air movers were placed to complete the drying process.
