Flooded Church Basement in Philadelphia, PA

This flooded church basement in Philadelphia, PA was the result of a broken water main. Notice the extent of the mud and water damage; the water was about 2 feet deep throughout the entire basement (6000 sq ft). The after picture was taken on 7 day after the incident. We had to remove 3 layer of wood flooring (1 layer plywood / 2 layers 3/4" hard woods) all built up on a false 4x4 joist system.
