Mold in Residential Attic

This residential home had not been lived for some time.  The customer had noticed the mold when they were getting ready to sell the property.  Our team assessed the damage and proceeded to set up two air scrubbers in the attic.  They sanded the affected joists that had any sign of mold on them and then provided a HEPA, wipe, HEPA.  This procedure entails a HEPA filter vacuum, a wipe down with sporicide, and then another HEPA filter vacuum.  The white sealer they sprayed on the joists is to ensure that it prevents any more mold growth in those areas.  Our client was happy we could get this process done in just two days!  Their property is now ready for the next stage of the selling process.
