A commercial housing building in South Philadelphia called for mold remediation throughout their building.  We removed all of the covers to the vents and cleaned them first.  Next, we cleaned the walls by HEPA vacuuming the areas with mold to remove the first layer of mold.  Our next step was to clean the air duct out of any microbial growth within the air duct itself.  The vent holes were covered with plastic to prevent anything coming out of each vent and spreading throughout the building.  Once the air duct was cleaned, we got back to treating the areas with mold.  The walls were wiped and HEPA vacuumed again to seal the deal on preventing mold growth.  Air scrubbers were set up on sight in containment to provide better air quality.
