Mold remediation within a 2017 Audi A4.
Customer had left windows open during a rain storm and it was left untreated for a month.
Our technicians Cordon, and William started by getting dressed in their PPE before starting services. They set up an air scrubber while Jon, our Crew Chief, removed the driver and passenger seats to be cleaned separately. The rugs and floor place-mats were removed as well for deep cleaning. Everything was HEPA vacuumed, sanitized, and each seat and placemat were upholstery cleaned. They HEPA vacuumed and wet wiped the interior of the car and shampooed all of the carpets. They also changed out the filter and aired out the HVAC system. A dehumidifier was set up overnight in the trunk due to our meters detecting that the carpets were wet.
