Flooded Basement from Heavy Rains

Residential home in South Philadelphia experienced heavy rains during a storm hitting the area.  Their basement became flooded with water instantly and damaged an enormous amount of contents.  The contents needed to be taken out in either bags as non-salvageable, or they were taken to the side lawn to be cleaned and examined from the homeowner.  When the homeowner first noticed the water looked 2"-4" high.  Our team arrived and the water reached a foot and a half high.  Numerous flood pumpers were used to pump the water out of the basement.  Once a majority of the water and contents were cleared, we were able to extract the remaining water, clear any large debris, and then place air movers to dry the basement.
