Donovan F - Crew Chief

Donovan has been in the SERVPRO family for well over 11 years now. Donovan is a leader and enjoys working with his crew. He enjoys being able to help people when times are tough , however, he enjoys HVAC Cleanings the most.  He is WRT certified and continues to grow with SERVPRO. He has a laugh that is infectious, and his favorite quote is “ Beam me up, Scotty!” IF he is not working you can find him working out , working on cars , or most of all hanging with his daughter.

Tyler J – Crew Chief

Tyler joined our team almost three years ago . He has continued to learn and grow daily. He is loved by his crew and is a great Leader. He is WRT certified and knows there is more to come as he works his way up the ladder.. Tyler always tries to stay positive, and he rarely says NO. We recently started a New Trash Chute cleaning service where he Eagerly showed initiative to learn. He is a proud father of 2 boys with another boy on the way. Tyler enjoys working with his hands and he is always keeping busy.

Tiffany T - Job File Coordinator

Tiffany joined our team with over 15 years of experience in the insurance field. This is a helpful skill that comes in handy when dealing with insurance companies during the mitigation and reconstruction process.  She enjoys learning new things and adapts to whatever is thrown her way. She has a thirst for knowledge. Whether it's dealing with customers , mitigation, recon and even sometimes technology she will always figure it out. Her energy is infectious and she is often our team energizer bunny , she always has a big smile on her face. She is more sweet then she is sassy for sure. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan alongside with her daughter , they enjoy watching all the games together while her young daughter can name almost all the players and their teams. Her favorite saying is she “will get things buttoned up”. Thanks for being a part of our team.

Shelly McKeon – Office Manager

Shelly brings with her 15+ years of management experience and although she is new to the world of restoration, she is learning so much from her amazing team. As I learn something new everyday, my hope is that I can help my team be the very best as we all work and grow together. I truly love this team and I will support them. “ The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team” -Phil Jackson. On my off time I enjoy working in my garden, spending time with family and reading.

David Sterling

SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County would like to welcome David to the team! He comes to us with over 3 years’ experience in the industry from a fellow SERVPRO franchise. David’s favorite thing about SERVPRO is the fact that we make their own chemicals.

David is outgoing, he enjoys spending time with his family and being the best Dad he can be for his daughter. One of his favorite sayings is “Better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it."

Fun Fact about David: he like to wear shorts all year round!

Naim Al-amin- Production Technician

Naim started with SERVPRO with no experience in mitigation but has quickly picked up on things along his journey. His favorite thing about coming to work is he feels it’s not like coming to work but visiting relatives. He is hoping to get certifications in Water/Fire/Mold in the future as he grows his career with SERVPRO. Naim enjoys spending time with his children, and he is always saying “ you get what you give.” A little fun fact about Niam: he loved playing High School Basketball.

Samir Pollard- Production Technician

Samir joins our team after recently working with another SERVPRO. He comes to us with 3+ years of mitigation experience. Samir holds a certification for driving a forklift and also a flagger. He has hopes to get his IICRC certification in Water as he grows with SERVPRO. His favorite thing about SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County are his teammates. A fun fact about Samir is he likes going to the gym and that he has never been on a plane. He hopes to change that one day.
